The Business Is Snow Melting.
The Mission Is People.

For every 50 systems sold, we donate one heated entrance to those who need it most. Because winter safety should be for everyone.
"The work has always been bigger than pavement. It has always been about people."

THE ORIGIN

The snow melting samaritan

Heated driveways and snow-free walkways look like luxury at first glance. That’s part of the story, not the whole of it.

Heethr was built on the belief that business can be a vehicle for generosity, not just growth. Every project most people see as a luxury is also a bridge to people who need help.

GIVING BACK

A bridge, not a Robin Hood story

As the business grew, it connected Heethr to homeowners and developers with the means to invest in premium winter comfort.

Instead of treating that only as opportunity, Heethr treats it as a bridge between people with resources and communities in need. The people who can afford these systems aren’t the problem. They’re part of the solution.

THE GREAT CAUSE

Factory Reset

For every heated pavement project Heethr completes, homeowners and businesses are invited to donate 5% of their project value to Factory Reset, a movement dedicated to serving people in need through the hands of the next generation. Our goal is to show that compassion isn’t just something we talk about, it’s something we experience by taking action.

In 2027, Heethr aims to raise $100,000 to bring 30 young adults overseas to serve communities in need. Away from phones, social media, and daily distractions, they’ll spend their time helping others through practical work, donated supplies, and meaningful acts of service. The journey is designed to transform both the communities they serve and the young people who participate.

Factory Reset is about creating a ripple effect. By documenting and sharing these experiences, we hope to inspire others to give back in their own communities. Because helping others doesn’t have to be complicated. It simply starts with showing up.

A PERSONAL PRACTICE

Birthday deeds

Every Heethr employee gives back on their birthday instead of receiving. Founder Eric Aguib started the tradition and hasn’t missed a year in eight.

A few of the deeds so far

Donated food and supplies to animal shelters

Cleaned and organized a homeless shelter's kitchen

Served meals to the homeless

Gave free hugs downtown to lift spirits

Delivered food baskets and toys to families in need

Donated blood

ON THE ROAD

Stuck in the snow

During storms, the Heethr team checks on installed systems and runs into stranded drivers along the way. They stop. Every time.

Not because it’s in a contract. Because it’s the right thing to do, and it’s a habit they hope every contractor they train carries forward.

MUSIC WITH A MESSAGE

A Better Place

At the heart of Heethr is the belief that music can heal, inspire, and carry a message in ways words sometimes cannot.

That’s why Eric began creating A Better Place , an album built around good energy, kindness, and positive messages. Music that’s enjoyable, safe to share with the next generation, and rooted in something meaningful.

Not lectures.
Not preaching.

Just music with a better spirit behind it.

Because if good deeds can spread through actions, maybe they can spread through sound too.

In 2025, a pregnant family friend slipped on an icy daycare walkway, breaking her arm as she tried to protect her unborn child.

That moment is why every 50th project funds a donated walkway.

THE DREAM BEHIND THE MISSION

Snow melting is the business. Impact is the mission. One project, one good deed, one person at a time.
