Phone Number Requirement

Your phone number is required because it is essential for the core functionality of the Heethr platform. Heethr operates as a marketplace that connects contractors and customers for construction projects and related services.

Phone numbers are necessary in order to:

• Confirm that the user is located in Canada or the United States, including applicable U.S. territories, where Heethr’s services are offered
• Help reduce the use of false or invalid phone numbers during account registration
• Enable communication between contractors and customers regarding projects, quotes, scheduling, and service coordination
• Facilitate real-world service interactions where reliable contact between parties is required
• Support account security features such as verification codes and account recovery

Without a phone number, Heethr would not be able to support reliable communication and coordination between contractors and customers using the platform.

Phone numbers are used strictly for operational and security purposes related to the services provided within the App and are not sold or used for advertising purposes.

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically

We also collect certain technical data to help us improve our services, including:

• Device and operating system information
• IP address
• Usage data (e.g., features accessed, time spent on the App)
• Crash logs and diagnostic data

1.3 Payment Information

We do not store your credit card or banking details. Payments are securely processed via:

• Stripe for in-app subscriptions and other payments, including Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported.

These third-party payment processors handle your financial information according to their own privacy and security standards.

1.4 Location Data

With your consent, Heethr may collect approximate or precise location data from your device. This information is used to enable core App functionality, including matching contractors and customers to the nearest available parties, improving service coordination, and enhancing user experience.

Location data may be collected:

• When the App is in use (foreground location)
• In limited cases, when the App is running in the background where necessary for service functionality and permitted by your device settings

You can enable or disable location access at any time through your device settings. Please note that disabling location services may reduce or limit certain App features.

We do not use location data for unrelated purposes such as targeted advertising without your explicit consent.
